- Visitors: distinct people per day. A repeat click on the same route by the same visitor within a minute counts once.
- Opened route results: the link went straight to the operator's results for that route and travel date, not just their home page (not every operator's site supports this).
- From connections: the traveler reached the operator through a connection TiketiChap suggested (two operators, one change).
- No personal data is kept: no IP address, no cookies. Visitors are counted with a code that changes every day and can't be traced back to anyone.
- Links to operators carry
utm_source=tiketichap, so the same visits show up in the operator's own analytics. - Counting started in September 2026. Months follow Tanzanian time (EAT).
